Dear Ladies, We are very excited to welcome you to the first General Meeting of IWC 2014-2015 season. This season will begin in a beautiful Czech embassy. We will be welcomed by H.E. the ambassador of Czech Republic Vladimir Remek and his wife Yana Remkova. Ambassador V. Remek is a diplomat and a former military pilot. He was a first non-USSR and non-USA cosmonaut in space. He also served in the European Parliament until he took up his duties as Ambassador in the Russian federation. Mrs. Remkova is a very gracious hostess and is working very hard on surprises for our members. (We will only mention jewellery, wine and music)! During this meeting our members will have an opportunity to sign up for interest groups, each teacher and a group leader will be present to introduce the group and answer any questions. Many ladies mentioned that General Meeting is a very officious name for an elegant and fun event we are attending every month! Therefore, we decided to conduct a competition for a better name for our monthly gathering. Please, think of a better name, drop in a box. The winner will be announced during our October meeting and will receive a gift from Swarovski company! Our Charity is conducting donation drive and drop site will be right at the embassy. Please, let us know on the registration form if you are planning to bring any items, so we prepare better!. We will encourage all of you to register early.
