Dear Lilly: Stop Overthinking Whenever people ask me for work-related advice I tell them two things: 1) I dont know why youre asking me because Im a sloth and 2) dont overthink things. But recently it seems that Ive been not taking my own advice. I find myself overthinking EVERYTHING from my vines to my videos to my posts, etc. With the help of Humble The Poet and his wise words, Ive decided to chill the eff out and get back on my grind. The reason Im making a post about this is because I told you I was going to do 31 vines. And to be completely honest, Ive been flopping. Ive already missed 4 days and I keep trying to overproduce everything. I keep making excuses and thats gross. So this is my official apology not only to you, but more so to myself because I am NOT the type of person who says something and doesnt do it. When I started YouTube, all I ever saw was a sea of negative comments and discouragement. With Vine its the exact same thing and I feel disappointed that I let that negativity get to me. NO MORE I SAY! Im going to make up for the Vines Ive missed and keep at it for those who do want to watch em! I enjoy them and hope you do too!
