Dear Long John Silvers: I am assuming that the store number 31328 is for the location (near my home) because this was the number given when I called the unit. I do not have my receipt, because it was not given back to me. The store was physically very warm (were in a desert, so this didnt surprise us from the outset). We were planning on dining in, and said so with our order, and your staff didnt have the courtesy to explain to us that the air conditioning was out, which I only found out later. My wife has a hard time with unusual heat, and so I gave the receipt back to an employee to have it bagged for carry out. The receipt wasnt given back to me, which I would call an annoyance, but not a deal-breaker. Also, condiments and things like silverware and straws were not available because some kind of extensive cleaning was going on, and I had to go back and ASK for straws for our drinks, because the MANAGER who brought out the drinks couldnt be bothered to bring straws out with her. Frankly, finding out what was going on was like pulling teeth, and the whole situation was handled unprofessionally. NOT IMPRESSED, folks. NOT IMPRESSED. (And, yes, I sent in a complaint through the website. You think I wouldnt?)
