Dear Lord God, We come today to hear your voice…to hear your words of instruction and guidance.Abba Father,we ask that you would give us strength for the day.Help us love those who speak badly against us.Help us to forgive those who cause us harm. Help us to love our enemies and remind us to pray for them,even as they speak lies and untruths.Lord, you see everything and you know the truth, and that is all that matters.Help us to lay all of our pain and hurt at your feet and we ask that you take it from us so we can be free.Help us to love our neighbors as ourselves, to love our enemies and to love you more. Father, help us today to let go of the negative feelings that can tend to consume us and take our focus from you.Help us to trust you and be at peace,knowing that you are fully aware of all that is going on with each of us.We praise you because you have your angel’s surrounding us and protecting us.We are so humbled,encouraged and blessed to know that Jesus is sitting next to you and interceding on our behalf. We pray that you will help us to recall this truth and help us to picture Him praying for us when we start to feel overwhelmed. Lord,in the stillness and quietness of this moment and as we look at this peaceful picture,we ask that you teach us and tell us the things you want us to know that will help us grow in you.Let us hear your voice Lord and help us not to be led astray by anything or anyone.We give you all the things that keep us from moving forward…We give you all the things that keep us from being the best we can be for you.We pray for more of your presence,Father to give us strength, calm and energy for this day.We pray to have your wisdom so that we might make the right decisions in all. Thank you Lord for everything. Amen.
