Dear Lord, please help me to see others (my husband, my wife, my ex, my boss, my friend, my father, my colleague) through Your eyes. Lord, help me not to judge, but to recognise the real enemy. Help me to see people from the “inside”, to understand what may cause them to be mean, angry, bitter or just different than me. Amen. 1) Recognise and see the real enemy (devil)… 2) Do not judge… 3) Rebuke the devil’s actions that led to this person’s behaviour… 4) Forgive this person… 5) Ask the Lord to bless this person… 6) Love this person… Psalm 119:18 (NIV) – “Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law. Psalm 146:8 (NIV) – “the Lord gives sight to the blind, the Lord lifts up those who are bowed down, the Lord loves the righteous.” Proverbs 20:12 (NIV) – “Ears that hear and eyes that see - the Lord has made them both.” Mark 8:17-18 (NIV) – “Aware of their discussion, Jesus asked them: “Why are you talking about having no bread? Do you still not see or understand? Are your hearts hardened? Do you have eyes but fail to see, and ears but fail to hear? And don’t you remember?”
