Dear MR.J, We wish to emphasise that as the Main Contractor of this challenging project, our main objective is to work closely with our professional team of consultants and trade personnel to make sure this project will be completed on time. Recently, we received complaints from our team and trade personnels that they are working under a very ‘unpleasant and unreasonable environment’. They have come to the site to work, not come to site to let ‘FATHER SCOLDED AND SHOUTED’. As an EDUCATED AND PROFESSIONAL LIKE YOU, we are sure that you know how to respect others and you too hope that all our team personnel will work together to let this project be COMPLETED properly on time. Thats why you are here, therefore we hope that we can work in harmony towards our only GOAL which is to fulfill our responsibilities and commitment to the successful completion of this project on time. Being the main contractor, we lead our team members and want them to be able to work in peaceful and harmonious environment like before, instead of LOSS OF CONFIDENCE and MOTIVATION working under ‘bad environment’ which may cause UNNECESSARY DELAYS. We assure you that our goal is the SIMILAR to yours, ie to ensure that project is COMPLETED on time, therefore we DEFINITELY know how to do our work and when to add more manpower as per site sequence and process. Please dont try to micro manage us as if we are first time contractors. It will be appreciated that you create a good working atmosphere for our team members at site instead of the current abusive methods. Also, just for your information, we wish to put on record that the interior works have not be confirmed and that to date the construction drawings have not been issued.
