Dear MVS friends, Please keep your eyes open for Sam: Sam our Grey and White Tuxedo tom, 5 year old neutered male, has been missing since 1/4/14 from the Overton Park area. He has distinctive heart shaped white patch,black nose and in certain light you can see the rings around his tail. We expect if he is still alive for him to turn up at the vets office soon. He will possibly be ill. He has had a congenital hemolytic anemia since kittenhood. He will present with bloody mucoid stool and possibly test positive for Leukemia or HIV even though he has been vaccinated and tests negative when his counts are normal. We have had him on a special diet since his first year and he is rarely ill unless he is off his feed. We are reaching out to all vets in the area Please call Eric with any information. 901-550-7623.
