Dear Madam/Sir-- Im the person who saw your tail lights on and waited for you to get it in gear and back out of that parking spot. Im talking the appropriate minute or two-- I waited. And, nope, you didnt move. Thing is your tail lights were on as I approached your car. So, I wasnt that guy. Waiting for your spot before you even get into your car? With that said--you know there is a code? Be kind to the next guy. What the heck are you doing???? Writing an essay. I mean when I see someone wanting my spot, I get a move on. Nope, not you. And, yes, I know you dont have to explain yourself. But , hey, explain yourself.
