Dear Madams and Sirs I have the privilege and honor to invite you and your disciples to the International Instructors Course conducted by Master Parm Rai, at the majestic city of Thessaloniki, Greece on March 27 and 28 of 2015 and to the Open Tournament that will be held on March 29 with Master’s Rai’s presence as guest of honor. Both instructor’s course and tournament will be hosted at a 5-star Hotel of Thessaloniki. Everyone can attend to the seminar and compete in the tournament regardless of age and rank. Master Rai is the special assistant of President Grand Master Choi Jung Hwa and the chairman of the technical committee of ITF. He also have an extensive law enforcement background with experience in anti-bullying programs and have travelled to over 35 Countries teaching and instructing instructors and students of the International Taekwon-Do Federation. It is my strongest belief that this event will be a life time experience for all of us. I would like to inform you that the price per day per person for staying in the hotel that the seminar and the tournament will take place, is 35 euros. This price includes breakfast and one meal.
