Dear Maplers, Players in Malaysia, we have heard your feedback on lag issues. We have investigated it and we found that the lag is possibly caused by connectivity issues to various Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Malaysia. As such, we are working closely with the ISPs in Malaysia to improve MapleSEAs services and connectivity in Malaysia and we are aiming to have the connectivity issues to be resolved within 2 months from now. In the meantime, we encourage our Malaysian Maplers to report to your ISP provider when your MapleStory experience at home is affected. This is so they know how to improve their connections to Maplers in Malaysia.
