Dear McDonalds Let me start by saying that I already dislike fast food....however, when I do purchase fast food, I would prefer that it has a NORMAL flavor and appearance. Where I come from we consider a "southern style" chicken sandwich to be lightly browned and of normal proportion in size...not extra dark and the size of a half dollar on steroids. We also like fresh bread instead of stale crackers. I personally like the opttion of having a little mayonnaise to enhance the flavor. As fsr as french fries...nice coloring. However....most of us like a HINT of salt...not the whole carton to overcompensate for the burnt, dry, flat chicken sandwich I purchased. Yours truly, A VERY unhappy customer
