Dear Media Friends, This year we will be starting our season a couple of days early with a special event we know you have all been waiting for. Having shared our fantastic news with you on our five-year Title Sponsorship agreement with Movistar we are now ready to show off our brand new Movistar Yamaha colours we will be challenging for the top step with in 2014! To kick off the first round of the 2014 MotoGP World Championship in Qatar with a highlight we are delighted to invite you to join with four-time Grand Prix title winner Jorge Lorenzo and nine-time World Champion Valentino Rossi, at the Losail Circuit on Wednesday 19th March 2014. Jorge and Valentino will be joined by Movistar Yamaha MotoGP team management and Movistar representatives to pull back the covers on the 2014 Yamaha YZR-M1. The photo/video-opportunity will take place on the starting grid of the Losail Circuit at h16:00. A media debrief with Lin Jarvis (Managing Director, Yamaha Motor Racing) and Dante Cacciatore (Director of Communication and Customer Experience, Telefónica Spain) will follow at h18:15 in the Movistar Yamaha MotoGP hospitality, once the pre-event press conference is finished.
