Dear Members As you may be aware there is a requirement under the recently enacted Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act which requires the Police & Crime Commissioner to develop a ‘Community Remedy Document’. The document will give a menu of alternatives to entry into the Criminal Justice System for those engaged in Anti-Social Behaviour and low level crime. As part of the development of the Document, PCC Alan Charles is currently seeking views on the content by way of an on-line survey.
