Dear Members, Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Bushey Cricket Club, Eastbury Road, Oxhey, Watford on Saturday 23rd November at 7:30pm. The Business of the Annual General Meeting shall be to: * Confirm the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting * Receive the accounts for the year from the Treasurer * Receive the annual report of the Committee from the Secretary * Elect the Officers of the Club * Review the Club subscription rates and agree them for the forthcoming year * Transact such other business received in writing by the Secretary from members 10 days prior to the meeting and included on the agenda Anynominations for candidates for election of officers and resolutions for consideration at the Annual General Meeting shall be made in writing via email to [email protected] by full members no later than Thursday 14thNovember 2013. All Club members are encouraged to attend, the business conducted at this meeting will affect the running of the Club for the whole of next year and is your opportunity to influence the way the Club is run.
