Dear Members, Parents and Friends. As most of you are probably already aware, I will be moving to NZ at the end of the year for personal reasons, leaving the Shugyo Branch in Tonga in the Very Capable hands of Instructor Mercy and Assistant Instructor Chris. However as mentioned at the Oct Grading by Chief Instructor Rory we are looking for assistance to help manage the admin side of SHUGYO. That is; sign off attendance of students at our bi weekly classs, collect Class Fees/Membership fees, managing Orders, update Shugyo Financial Reports online, Manage Tax reports and Keep business license up to date, pay Rent for the Dojo, Print Forms for students and Facilitate Shugyo Promotions and Public Announcements. SO for those that have already expressed their interest and to anyone else that would like to lend their assistance, I will be MEETING with the other two Instructor this Friday @ Friends Cafe in Town @ 8pm, so come on down and join the consultation on how to move forward and provide the best assistance to the admin duties of SHUGYO Tonga.
