Dear Microsoft: I realize that you cannot fix every problem, I really do. I also realize human error and room for small uncountable and minute resolutions you come to at the last minute that, you wish you had of come to years before now. As a paying customer, I want to say a few things. I find it highly improbable that, a Multi Billion dollar company, at this point has not hired a group of Counter Hackers or Like minded individuals to stop or counter these D-Dos Attacks that these children are doing every week, thus forcing the paying customers to lose their ability to get online. Again, I dont blame you for human error, I blame your Smart and Ingenious minds, to bring your company so far, but yet, still not be able to stop a Dos override attack that floods your network and shuts down primary capability for all xbox users to gain online access across the globe. Sincerly, one pissed off customer.....P.S. if I knew anyone in the Lizard group...this early in the morning without coffee..I would force you to watch wiggles and barney episodes on repeat until youre a drooling mess and your eyeballs explode.
