Dear Modi Sir, I totally appreciate your Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. But dont you think this initiative needs certain supplements along to make a real difference? Pls think about placing dustbins in every 25 metre of a 100-metre stretch of a road. Make these bins of plastic. Plastic that is reused and recycled, which cant be disposed of. Secondly, repeat the Lalu Prasad initiave of bringing back the earthen cups in tea stalls. Ban plastic cups entirely. Thirdly, make paper bags rule markets. Fourthly, make municipal corporations ask shopkeepers to place a bin each in front of their shops.
