Incredibly, of our 535 representatives now in Congress, none have sponsored this bill, despite the well-known fact that the late world-renowned economist Milton Friedman proposed this sound plan 60 years ago! No one has proposed a better plan since, despite increasing the cost of public education from 1970 to 2010 by 327 percent, in inflation adjusted dollars!
