Dear Mr President! I have served this country proudly, I have always been willing to give my life for your wife children and even you sir! Any American or foreign soldier or man woman or child in harm! You are the Commander and Chief! Sworn to lead us! But yet wont salute my Flag! I understand you never wore a uniform! But you are the the commander! Washington was a leader, Lincoln a leader! You say we are to small minded to lead our own affairs? That we must surrender our rights to a soverin government! Who are you?? What gives you the right after a few years to decide after over 200 years, of our country being led by strong powerful Alpha males, that believed in God And Country, but most of all, the resolve of the American people! The little man, when push come to shove we stand and fight! and our leaders have always exemplified the army values (ldrship) loyalty,duty ,respect, selfless service, honor, integrity ,personal courage. I find it hard to believe that you think we are small minded, or that we would surrender our rights without a fight, and just roll over! As a a soldier, I still Salute the Flag, love my country and based on the fact that you are our commander would still stand in the line of fire to save your life as a (soldier) civilian, because soldiers are always prepared to give there lives for the man to the left or right and anyone that is helpless, the also encourage, motivate, and never undermind or cut them down, but lift there fellow brothers and sisters up, thats! What makes America such a great country! Not mind control or belittling one another by calling them small minded.. All that does is make the chain weaker! We need a strong foundation Built on trust not fear or dictatorship or submission! Please, I know in your heart you a Christian, I will be honored to stand next to you and teach you how to salute the flag! If you would just please! Remember we all want the same thing!
