Dear Mr Secretary, Ref: Status Application. It is with aspirations of the Rectory Rovers Football Club founded 2014, that we wish to apply for status as a member of the Ballymena Saturday Morning League. With sound foundations already very much intact and with the wishes of some 24 young local footballers wishing to play and be part of the club, I have been left with no other obligation but to forward this application to none other than yourself as League Secretary. The club has formed a four (4) man committee who will over look club dealings, as well a club treasurer and indeed a club president. The club has already sealed two kit sponsorship deals with Game On Indoor 3g Sports Complex and The Sports Hut for both the home and away kits. Our training in winter time will also be fully supported by these top class facilities. There is also added sponsorships with a number of local businesses as well as local advertising paper Chatterbox N.I for whom I am the sports editor / writer. Our wish is to ask for the allocation of Waveney playing fields pitch number two (2) as there are also unused brand new changing rooms there. We feel that this makes sense that a local club uses these local facilities. This application is very much in the understanding that all league codes and rules are paramount and that they must and indeed will be adhered to at all times.
