Dear Neal, Sorry to post here. Actually I don’t need to disturb you as this is none of your interest. But, I am quite desperate with my problem regarding my transatlantic order. If you can help, please help.. This is the problem: There is a change of employee in radiant, from Chris Thompson to Megan Batista. I usually pre ordered stuffs from Chris, and Chris is always helpful to me. The system of the website made me unable to do order by myself (as the system unable to detect payment from Indonesia). But, Chris always help me to make order and of course, always give me the privilege as the first 50 or first 100 or else ... (to get something special from Radiant). But, things changed now. As Megan is now responsible to substitute Chris. I pre ordered transatlantic-kaleidoscope limited art book on January, and I started facing trouble as Megan did it so late and I didn’t get the signed transatlantic poster as the bonus to become the first 200 to order the package. It was really frustrating that in fact I lived far from you guys, and getting just your signature really something for me. I forgive Megan and I still ask her to help my payment. I’ve finished the payment and the package was sent on January to Seattle (my sister’s home). I don’t understand why until now I still haven’t received the package. You have done concert in Seattle, Prog nation at sea, recorded a show in Germany, and even finished the tour, but I still had to wait for the package. Everytime I tried to contact Megan, she was never aware and didn’t concern about this problem. I always had to email her at least twice, just to get unsatisfying answer. Whereas, I have such an important thing to do. As my mom was visiting US right now, this is the only chance for me to take the package and bring it to Indonesia. And if the package doesn’t arrive until March 29th, which is the time that my mom comes back to Indonesia, that means I won’t listen to Kaleidoscope until at least next year (the shipping cost to Indonesia is quite expensive). Honestly, I am quite impatient to listen to Kaleidoscope. As a fan, I never downloaded your stuffs, and just keep my curious. I have informed Megan about this situation since about three weeks ago, but she really didn’t care about this. She never did something and just wasting my time, and still, I have to sent email her at least twice just to get her attention. I don’t know what else can I do just to get the package. I’ve done my obligation, I just wanted to get my most favorite band’s new album. You’re the only one that maybe can help me. Really sorry for my problem. Thank you very much.
