Dear Parent/ Guardian Re: Parent Training Workshops We will be facilitating parent training workshops specifically for families of children who have a working diagnosis or formal diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder and also have a Learning Disability. The workshops will run from 9:30 until 11:30 on the following dates: Date/ Time Topic Location Wednesday 18th September 2013 Managing Meltdowns Walton Hall Wednesday 9th October 2013 Managing Meltdowns Fountains Wednesday 23rd October 2013 Managing Meltdowns Sherbrook Wednesday 13th November 2013 Anxiety Walton Hall Wednesday 4th December 2013 Anxiety Fountains Wednesday 18th December 2013 Anxiety Sherbrook These workshops will be informal, with the opportunity for discussion and any questions you may have. Currently we are piloting these workshops in the Burton, Stafford and Cannock areas to ascertain the need for these and future workshops.
