Dear Parents, As informed to you yesterday also, we are in the process of taking due legal action in fee matter. As discussed with our HC lawyer, stay given by Lucknow bench does not apply on us as our specific case with DPSG school management is going on in Allahabad HC . As of now there has been no change in the position of the case and it is same as it was before stay by Lucknow bench. The fee matter is still subjudice. You must have received the fee bill issued by the school yesterday. If you read it carefully ... it states the fee can be deposited upto 20th August with a penalty of Rs 5/= per day totalling to Rs. 150/= for one month upto 20th August. So as far as fee to be deposited is concerned it is a humble request that please dont deposit the fee until 20 th August. All this is happening due to your continuous and undying support please keep it going, we are fighting for genuine cause of better future for our children and your support is needed.
