My daughter Manleen Kaur Modi is studying in your school in 2nd standard. Purpose of this email is to seek your permission to exclude Manleen from School Mess (School prepared food) Please find below reasons for my request 01. This year Manleen has been getting throat infection at least once every month. Till last year she used to have throat infection only couple of times in a year. There isnt any change in her lifestyle except the one that from this year she has been taking food prepared in school. Till last year she was studying in Auxilium, she was given food from home. Considering this change Doctor has asked us to give her home made food from immediate effect 02. Manleen had reported to us during rainy season sometimes water used to leak from the ceiling in plates of students. Colour quote of ceiling was falling as well, which once fall in her plate !! 03; At the beginning of year we assumed that since Manleen will be taking food in the school she will develop a good habit to eat everything that she wasnt eating at that time. But as she has been reporting to us, we have realised there isnt too much attention paid on whether students try everything on plate or not. Many times Manleen leaves her food unfinished when she doesnt like the vegitable !! 04. Throughout the year there was only one fruit was given to her which was Banana. Many times even Banana was not served and a packet of Parle Biscuit was given as alternate to Banana. We do see a Biscuit packet as an alternate to a Fruit !! 05. Amount of milk given to her in the school was not even a half of the quantity which she consumes at home in single time I dont want to sound rude but reason for this email is, when I called school administration requesting them to exclude my daughter from School Mess they said it is compulsory, and after that I had to write this email to you I am very clear about not taking school mess service from immediate effect and also dont wish to pay fee for this part Have a great day...
