Dear Partners, As possibly you know, from 1 of January of 2015 new law in Germany will come into force. According to this law (of Minimum Wage), all companies (hauliers) from European Community must pay their employees (drivers) a minimum wage of EUR 8.5 per hour. In practice its mean, that drivers who perform services in Germany, to or from Germany or even transit via Germany must fulfill this requirement.
