Dear Players who are using Smart Bro ISP, For those experiencing connection issues and are using Smart Bro ISP, please contact Smart Bro Support regarding your connection issue. For detailed steps please follow the steps stated below to make a trace report and send it to Smart Bro Support services. 1. Make sure your SF client is closed. 2. Download the PSF_Tracert file and unzip it. Download PSF_Tracert 3. Double click and run "PSF Tracert.bat", (Do not close the the MS-Dos window. The tracing will take several minutes, once it is finished it will close automatically) 4. Once the MS-Dos windows has closed means the tracing has been completed. 5. Find the file named "PSF_Tracert.txt". 6. Attach the file to your email and send it to support@dfigames. 7. Contact your Smart Bro ISP support and tell them you are unable to connect to our game and provide them the "PSF_Tracert.txt" file as proof of the issue.
