Dear Pom owners. After watching these videos I was overwhelmed with incredible information about raw food diet. Ive heard people talking on this subject, but finally after watching all 3 parts of Dr. Beckers videos I was astonished...Here the thing - if a pet goes through detox from commercial foods - it is undeniable proof of its low quality, despise of tremendous praise on its labels... So, transition should be very gradual; and in order to do it safely and be confident, watch all 3 parts. If you are busy with Face Book, leave the tab opened, or better bookmark it. You will not regret watching it ! It is way to important to miss... Someone mentioned about less bacteria in some raw meats before. Becker mentions pressure-sterilization, but she does not recommend it. Meat rated for human consumption is safe. Freeze for 24 hours first, 3 weeks for pork. Safety is in part two around 7th minute of the video. She also bravely spoke about spay/neuter harm, which is still a very prejudiced taboo subject for many.
