Dear President Aquino, We, the Filipino People, while expressing our belief that you might truly want change for the better, demand for an Independent Investigation into the Mis-Use of Taxpayers Money as exemplified by the Pork Barrel Anomaly. We, the Filipino People, have stood by you when you declared your mission of "Tuwid na Daan" as your platform of governance. And even in trying times, when your presence was required and you were nowhere to be found, we trusted that you still had our best interests in heart and mind. We, the Filipino People, may still do. But We Do Not Trust The People Surrounding You Anymore. We, the Filipino People, have seen how devious and manipulative they are and have been and the Janet Lim-Napoles case is the perfect example of their evil ways. We do not want them influencing any and all investigations into the misuse of our hard earned tax money. We, the Filipino People, demand an independent probe, led by a private prosecutor, assisted by private citizen lawyers, accountants and investigators to look deeply into the unlawful spending of our tax money. We demand that the findings of this independent commission be made public and be the basis of all charges to be filed against anyone indicted in the case. We demand that the case of the Pork Barrel Anomaly be resolved in 150-Days and justice be swift. We do not presume to know who should lead this Independent Probe Team, we will leave it up to you and your developing legacy of "Tuwid na Daan." Your future legacy, how the Filipino People of future days will see your leadership, will depend on this decision and outcome alone. Whether your allies believe it or not, whether the people surrounding you are telling you truth or lies, your Presidential legacy now rides on one ship, the ship that brings justice or fails in this one massive issue of financial corruption.
