Dear..Prophytes of (insert any d9 org here) It is STIFLING to the growth of YOUR chapter that you love sooo dear...if your opinions about whats going on at the CURRENT experience of undergraduates is compared to when you were in college umpteen years ago...TRUST me while you are at your 8-5 careers..your current undergraduates have to field questions about why your chapter isnt catering to the current student body..based off of your demand of what they will or will not do..THIS IS NOT YOUR EXPERIENCE it is theirs...and if you want to put your chapter through that...then why have one in the first place...let the undergrads be undergrads and trust they know what their peers want...
