Dear Pueblo Bonito friends, We sincerely appreciate all of your kind words. We are still working hard to take care of our guests. As we have previously communicated, all guests on property are safe and sound. We are continuing to assess the status of the resorts, as well as working to receive updated information from public authorities regarding Cabo’s infrastructure. Currently, our own water treatment and electricity back-up generator assure that we have sufficient water, electricity and food supplies for all of our guests. We also have WiFi service at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort and we suggest you connect electronically with any family members or friends who are currently at our resorts. For guests scheduled to arrive this week, we do recommend that you reschedule your trip for October or later. For guests scheduled to arrive on or after September 21, we recommend that you check back with us in a day or two for an update on the situation. To reschedule, you may email us at reservations@pueblobonito. Our telephone service and our office areas have been affected by the storm, so we ask for and appreciate your patience. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will do utmost to respond to your request as soon as possible. We will be posting updates here regarding the Resorts as more information becomes available. Please rest assured that we are working hard and with as much speed as possible to return our beautiful resorts to their original splendor!
