Dear Readers, Im a few days late wishing you all a happy summer but Ive had some personal issues to deal with. I lost my best friend Flash. He made his first appearance for all you readers in Late Bloomer. He is the big brown dog on the back of my book covers. He is sorely missed. The little Yorkie on the top of the chair, Charlie is in failing health and is taking up a lot of my time but I wouldnt have it any other way. On a lighter note I hope you are all looking forward to warm weather, golden sunshine and blue skies. My favorite pastime in the summer is to sit on the front porch or out under one of my ancient oak trees with a good book and some ice cold ice tea with all the dogs running about. By the way, I was gifted on Mothers Day with a new pup. A male Yorkie named Harvey. Hes a terrorist! I would like to share what is up and coming if youve been too busy to check out my web site, Facebook and Twitter. Eyes Only, a new sisterhood will be out in the fall followed by In Plain Sight that will be published early next year. In August the boys of the Sisterhood make an appearance in ebook format. August and September. The titles are; Upside down, Count Down and Take Down. They were a fun write and I think youll like what theyre up to. Also, in that three book series Jack gets a dog named Cyrus. Im thinking you will all get attached to him. At least I hope so. My wish for your summer is that you all find many good books to wile away the warm days that arent with us all that long. We had a brutal winter here in the south where I live and these days are just perfect and I look forward each day to my hour or so on the front porch with a good book. Stay well, healthy and happy.
