Dear Residents: The Housing Authority of the City of Passaic will be accepting applications for 2 and 3 bedrooms for the Alfred Speer Village Complex. The families must meet the family composition requirements. The application can be picked up in the community room located at 33 Aspen Place (Rear), Passaic, NJ 07055 starting July 14, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. The applications for the eligible families will only be accepted in the community room located in 33 Aspen Place, Passaic NJ 07055, starting Monday July 21, 2014 until Friday July 25, 2014 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Mailed applications must be addressed to: Housing Authority of the City of Passaic, 52 Aspen Place Passaic, NJ 07055. Applications will only be accepted in person, or by regular mail. Faxed, e-mailed, or copied applications will not be accepted. Applications received personally or by mail after 4:00 p.m. on July 25, 2014 will not be accepted. Eligibility requirements to be added to the waiting list are as follow: • Head of household must be 18 years or older • Citizens or Eligible Non-Citizens • Must meet income requirements Preference will be given to residents of the City of Passaic, Veterans, and/or employees of the City of Passaic. Qualifying applicants will be added to the waiting list in chronological order by date and time of receiving the application, with the proper preferences, should there be any. We will notify you by regular mail if you have met the requirements to be added to the waiting list. If you do not qualify, or your application is incomplete, the application will be returned by mail. #### La Autoridad de Vivienda de la Ciudad de Passaic estará aceptando aplicaciones para 2 y 3 dormitorios para el complejo Alfred Speer.
