Dear Richlanders, We believe you would have received your 1st waves of N95 mask yesterday and we would like to urge you to emphasis diligence in putting them on during your course of work. The company have already taken and will continue to take on necessary precaution measure to ensure the well-being of our staffs throughout the haze period. Every staffs in regardless of your placement or seniority is important to the company. We understand that the N95 mask does bring discomfort to you but this is the only way to keep you well and safe from the haze outbreak hence we seek your understanding and co-operation to put them on so to bring our precaution measure to the highest level possible. You are also advise to change your N95 mask whenever necessary (accordingly to the guideline circulated via email to you on Wednesday, 19 June 2013) and maintain regular personal hygiene whilst keeping your body hydrated throughout this period. The company have executed the crisis management protocol hence you can rest assured that we have sufficient stock (N95 mask) to keep the supply constant to you. Should anyone run out of the N95 mask, kindly feedback to your superior or HOD and supply will be rendered. You are also advised to stay indoor whenever possible and consult the doctor if unwell. Together we will tied over this "hazy and smokey" period together.
