Dear SA: The service, and treatment I encountered at your Frankfort, IL location today was inconceivable. When simply asking for help in a situation with pricing, I was denied without a proper reason. When asked to see a manager, I was told it would do no good. Not an associates call to make, in my opinion. Im sure you get comments like this all the time, and you can take it or leave it, but if this is the quality of staff that meets your expectations, then I will leave it! Im not looking for any restitution, or compensation. Just thought you should know, you lost a customer for life because of this experience. Ive worked retail, as well as managed in the industry, and the one thing I learned over the years is you do not deny a customer to discuss a situation with a manager when they ask to do so. Very poor.
