Dear SOFTies, were proud to announce that SOFT TVs alumni at Hard Rock Cafe 2 is set for February 1st, 2015 as a special edition of the HRCs regular Sunday night Songs From The Wood Acoustic Sessions!! The slots will be: 7:00-7:30 - 7:30-8:00 - 8:00-8:30 - 8:30-9:00 - 9:00-9:30 - 9:30-10:00 - 10:00-10:30 - Please reach out via this forum or by PM to inform which slot you would like, generally on a first-comes-first served basis. A few things to keep in mind: - this is an acoustic forum - mainly no electric instruments, and definitely no full drums (cajon, other percussion, keyboards, harmonica, fiddles, etc, all work) - the Hard Rock Cafe recommends small, mellow units for the first part of the evening, and bigger groups with up-tempo sounds for after 8:30 when the crowd is livelier - if you havent been to the Hard Rock Cafe for a Sunday night Songs From The Wood Acoustic Session, do try to make it down on any coming Sunday from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM to have a look at the format, and to meet Mike Spinks, the sessions regular Grand Poobah. - there will be a SOFT TV session on the previous Saturday, January 31st as well, so it will be a full-on SOFT weekend!!
