Dear Sacred Journal 1/16/2015 : Cotsipamapot The Paiute people of the great basin believe that Cotsipamapot still lives, and when people die they travel to her. They don’t know where their going and don’t have to know. In addition to taking back the souls of the deceased, this Native American Mother of Mystery and Creation makes new people. She has created everything and knows all, including languages, she even makes animals out of our Earthly rich mud. Perfect people, perfect relationships and perfect families do not exist. Clarify your personal issues and act in creative trusting ways for renewal. Emotional binging and unconscious loyalty to unhealthy patterns can bog and bring you down. Move past the trauma, even if you don’t know what’s coming next. Healing is the real goal of the day, and is your responsibility not others.. At the heart of all healing is a willingness to alter patterns. A personal shift will impact the world in a profound way. In what ways do you continue to perpetuate what you despise? You need’nt look backward so much as inward. You are adequate and valuable, a sacred laughter of the Divine. You are a treasured being. Now’s the time to care about yourself in loving kind ways and you’ll be truly amazed at the way your life will flourish. YOU ARE YOUR OWN SUNSHINE.
