Dear Saints, I feel like in order for us to turn it around on defense, our safeties, linebackers, and such are going to have to start making the big hits! Ok, I realize that on the edge were suffering, and our D line seems like all they know is to bullrush with no recognition of gaps or their responsibilities. Our linebackers arent smart as Vilma and its being exposed by play action. I understand that Cowgirls have a running game, but when I saw how our linebackers were stepping up in the clutter blindly instead of making reads, I knew it would be a long night. They were so out of position that they didnt even require being blocked. Our corners have to take a more physically aggressive approach; bump, push, nudge, and poke. I mean whatever, but you cant allow receivers to move freely and catch balls in stride and develop rhythm. Graham, you do what Ive been maligned by my fellow Saints fans for say you do, and that is being tooooo softtt (like Eddie Murphy said in Life)! Drew Brees will get himself together(Im confident of that). I need Byrd and Vaccaro to play with some wild abandonment and challenge quarterbacks more. I guess Im spoiled by Ed Reed and guys like Earl Thomas. Corners got to get nastier and ROUGH! #WHODAT
