Dear Santa How are you? Is it chilly where you are? Ill bet it is. Its lovely here. You should move here. Mrs. Clause could feed her shopping addiction, and the LGBT community would adore Rudolph. I want to thank you for visiting me so often throughout the years. The older I get, the more magic seems to be less about belief and more about faith. I dont want to bother you with a big list of things to bring me as I cant really believe how much I already have. I just wanted to say thank you. When I was little you gave me the gift of hope and safety. Now I receive you in a much deeper and more profound way. I feel the charity and the grace of what it means to be grateful and to share. Ive never been a good share-er. Im figuring stuff out though, and a lot of that is due to you. Have a great week and please remember that even though Im not a religious person that the season for me is about what you give, not what youre supposed to mean.Thanks in advance, and remember my wife and I will be in Thailand this December. I dont know about the chimney situation. One last thing.....I think were all trying to be less naughty to each other. In our own way, were doing the best we can with that particular list. It isnt easy. We lie and we cheat and we fight and we resist each other. I know I do, anyway. I can be a big jerk sometimes. I dont mean it. Im doing my best and working through the pain in order to live in the Light. And deep down, I know that you believe that if we all try, truly attempt understanding and compassion of both ourselves and others, that one by one, spirit by spirit, the magic between us tends to sparkle just a little bit brighter.
