Responsible to monitor the entire environment using tools like Solar Wind ,SCCM , SCOM , OEM & MS Management Studio and also Service Now 2. Associate should have good hands on exposure towards event management, co-ordination and escalation/closure. 3. Environment basically contains Unix and Windows servers, databases, applications, network devices etc. 4. Events pertaining to disk space, memory, processes, scheduled jobs, application availability, network alarms (router, switch, bridge etc) need to be monitored and escalated according to the process. 5. Associates will have to validate the monitoring exceptions and follow the escalation procedures. Notify appropriate parties and engage them over a call if required. 6. Associate will follow-up on all the active events on the monitor gather a status update on regular basis and update the tickets accordingly.
