Dear Sir - yes, you came into the busy Home Improvement store with a yellow bandana and a CAUTION collar on your dog. Your dog was visibly NOT ready for this level of stress. You had nothing to feed him or try to give him a positive experience. He was stressed by the cart you were pushing and you kept pulling him around. So, you are in a store, with a dog who you are alerting people to be cautious around and he is stressed. If your dog did anything, that warning your dog needed caution around could be taken as a sign you knew your dog was possibly risky and open you up to more trouble. Not to mention, if I was a store manager, I would NOT want a dog with CAUTION emblazoned on his neck entering my store. My liability for me radar would go up. I would not want a dog someone is concerned about their behavior to the point of advertising it on my property. The concept of these indicators for humans is honorable, but the other issues have to be considered.
