Dear Sir/Madam, I want to invite you to invest in our business - TopicsExpress

Dear Sir/Madam, I want to invite you to invest in our business idea and together we benefit from this noble business opportunity. I represent a company called Ruai Pharmaceuticals Ltd, which has its headquarters in Thika town in Kenya. The company’s premises has been inspected by the pharmacy and poisons board and issued with both premises and practice licenses for wholesale and distribution. We have several revenue streams in: pharmacy franchising (where we have numerous franchises in Thika, Ruai, Kamulu, Maua, Kagio, and Gilgil); pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution to our own franchises and independent pharmacies/chemists around Kenya (currently based in Thika);and mobile money services dealership (we currently have 40 branches spread around Kenya). We are currently registering our own products in partnership with protech biosystem, a leading pharmaceutical company in India. In spite of this success, Ruai Pharmaceuticals Ltd is run by an ambitious team and wants to spread its reach in pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution across East Africa and beyond to the rest of Africa. It is as a result of this ambitious expansion strategy that Ruai Pharmaceuticals Ltd formed a new entity called RuaiPharm Consortium Company Ltd(RUPCCO), specifically for the purpose of focusing on expanding its pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution business. We are in the process of expanding RUPCCO to take advantage of the available opportunities in pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution in Kenya, East Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa as a whole. And from our feasibility studies have established that RUPCCO will need to raise capital to the tune of KSh100 million to realise this expansion strategy. Of which KSh10 million has already been raised and is what is being used for current wholesale and distribution operations. A further ksh10 million and ksh20 million has been reserved for staff/senior managers and debt finance respectively leaving ksh60 million up for grabs. RUPCCO is managed by a competent board of directors and a team of management professionals made up of several experienced practicing pharmacists and business management professionals. And we are willing to explain further our business plan and expansion strategy in more details if you are interested. On offer are ordinary shares and preferential shares valued at ksh1000 each. RUPCCO Ltd wants to work with you to position ourselves strategically to tap into the enormous business opportunities in a fast growing pharmaceutical industry in East Africa. The company has plans for vertical integration along the value chain in the pharmaceutical industry for improved quality, profitability and sustained competitive advantage as we take cost leadership to new levels. We hope for a favourable response from and look forward to partnering with you. Yours Sincerely, Timothy Ndambuki.
