Dear Somalis, World Citizens, Human Rights Organizations, International Organizations & World Leaders, Twin Cities Minnesota on Thursday October 31, 2013 As the First American Muslim & Muslim World Candidate to the Post of the Next Secretary-General of the United Nations, I warmly send my special thanks to the President of the Republic of Somalia his Excellency Hassan Sheikh Mohamud for making decisive negotiations to bring everlasting solutions in Somalia where the last two decades became a mafia hub where the international NGOS haven been swindling on phony projects since 1991 until now on. On behalf of the the Somali people & the global citizens, we are kindly advising to the President of the Republic of Somalia H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohaed to travel and visit the whole country including the self-breakaway of Somaliland, Awdal State, Khaatumot State and other stats which have formed effective and reliable administrations in regard to the Somali Constitutions in 1960s until now. I really think that the Somali Government and its people are understanding how to revive the Somali prestige and national unity to end useless tribal and civil war policies which had dragged out for many years in Somalia and around the neighboring countries. I want like to inform the international community that if you want solutions in Somalia then lets fully support the Republic of Somalia and its top leadership. I know that there will be many challenges ahead but I am truly disappointed to witness some Somali scholars and elite who decided to mislead the Somali people and the world at large. Surely, one man cant solve everything in Somalia! Somalis must wake up now to help and rebuild Somalia! Lets forgive our bad scholars and elite who like to derail Somali developments whenever they missed political opportunities to lead the nation, and I highly congratulate to the President of the Republic of Somalia H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamed for his patience to seek solutions in Somalia. As I previously send my letters to all the U.S. Senators & President H.E. Barack Obama to help Somalis and Somalia in September 2012, I want the President of the Republic of Somalia H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, Prime Minister H.E. Abdi Farah Shirdon Said and Parliament Speaker H.E. Mohamed Sheikh Osman to continue fighting with internal and external corruptions by any means. I also thank to the neighboring countries to take and use preventive diplomacy to fight with and solve Somalias endless extremists who change like chameleons in Somali daily affairs to kill innocent people directly and indirectly while blaming others. Special thanks to the President of the Republic of Djibouti H.E. Ismail Omar Gelle. Special thanks to the President of the Republic of Kenya H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta. Special thanks to the Federal Prime Minister of the Republic of Ethiopia H.E. Hailemariam Desalegn. Special thanks to the President of the Republic of Sudan H.E. Omar Al-Bashir. Special thanks to the President of the Republic H.E. Gen. Yoweri Musaveni. Special thanks to the President of the Republic of Eritrea H.E. S. Afwerki. I also thank to the African Union (AU), AMISOM, European Union (EU) & the United Nations for taking effective political roles to end Somalias civil war and helping the Somali Government in action to end and revive law and order. Let tell you that the International Criminal Court (ICC) is only targeting to degrade African leaders therefore: African leaders must defend the African continent and they must make the African Union Court of Justice for All!
