Dear Son , I will hang your washing out as you asked me to last night , but I regret to inform you in the future you will have to hang out your own and cook your own meals and do your own cleaning (particularly your toilet) . You have not upheld your side of the contract for some time now, which is classed as a breach, which also means that relinquishes me from my responsibility to the contract which renders it null and void. (You didnt put the bins out again) . Having discussed this with you last week, and having not observed any changes as yet , as it obviously has fallen on deaf ears. I am sending you notice in writing (with witnesses) that you have til 5pm Sunday to perform the tasks required of you under said contract, or I will put into effect a new contract which will require you to begin to pay $200 per week board. Negotiation time has now expired. I trust I will not have to bring this issue to your attention again .
