Dear Spirit Airlines on behalf of Flight 217 from DTW to IAH, Thank you for hiring the most UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT flight crew in the history of travel. They made fun of and humiliated an elderly gentleman who spoke little English (was trying) and didnt understand how to pay for a drink (usually free). This is the same man who I helped at baggage because luckily, HABLO ESPAÑOL. I know your fairs are low but thats no excuse to hire the scum of earth. Had this been my Hispanic, Latino grandfather who immigrated to the States in his 20s, who bought his school books in English and Spanish so that he could learn our language, who now speaks 5 languages fluently with his lovely Spanish accent, and served in the US ARMY as a lieutenant medical doctor, I would have cut you all.
