Dear Sprint I know your a big company with a lot of subscribers in your network and one contract is not going to break you. I thank god that 8 years ago me and my wife ended our relationship with you due to unhealthy reason. Since our break up my blood pressure which was high back then and controlled with medicine had became normal without any pills soon after our break up. Now on to current day my buddy who works with me has your service and here we go with drop calls and bad service on his end. I told him I too know how he feels about his phone we work in a major city which you claim have complete coverage in. He went thru the emotions like I did exchanging phones thinking maybe just maybe this phone is a piece of crap! Thats why Im dropping calls! When in the end it is not the phones fault. In fact the maker of the phone is in a bad relationship with your service just like your subscribers are. I would love to complete a normal conversation with him without him losing service every few minutes a normal 25 minute phone call between us is 14 dropped calls and about 41 cuss words when his phone cuts off. As always our backup plan when sprint decides to drop our calls is flawless we pull over our semis we drive light a fire and use smoke signals and then just at that moment we complete a conversation never a drop call it nothing! So in all I know in my heart our break up was the right choice I have moved on to such a better relationship which has lasted for 8 years and never ever have we fought argued or dropped a call Im just glad Verizon took us after our break up cause I felt so dirty and used and battered they took us in and boosted our confidence. Today I am a proud man who isnt ashamed of my cell phone service and too can call someone in confidence knowing I wont drop a call! Robert Crum I am here to support you while sprint cant
