Dear Standard Bank - South Africa, it took me more than an hour in the queue today at Vincent Park, the queue was only 4 people long but alas you only had 2 consultants available, this is pretty poor considering your banking hours do not allow normal working people to visit your branch during the week and the ONLY time I can actually visit your branch is between 8:30 and 11 on a Saturday (2.5hrs only), many of which I work anyway. Your managers lack of response to two of my friend/familys complains is also disheartening. In addition your internet banking appears outdated and there is very little in terms of account management I can do online ie without coming in on a Saturday. I visited your branch today to CLOSE my account, I have moved to FNB so far Im impressed, please keep it up. Standard Bank Group I hope for your sake you dont continue to push away your young professionals
