Dear Students, Welcome to Autumn Semester (2013/2014). Here are a few important instructions regarding registration which starts on 15-09-2013 from 9.00a.m – 12.00 only. All students have an Academic Adviser appointed. The lists of Students- Academic Adviser will be pasted on the Notice Board. You must go to your Adviser after depositing the registration fees. Please bring your I-Cards. The Academic Adviser will you give you the following set of documents, a Students Handbook, to help you throughout the year. Please keep them safely with you as you will be given a copy only once. Registration Process After this your Academic Adviser will tell you how many units , which you will find it with your registration slip, you are permitted to take and you have to select your subjects carefully taking into account the Prerequisites, the timetable of lectures and the timetable of examinations. Fill the detail of your subjects in the registration slip and give it to your supervisor. In the registration slip, you have to select the subjects, write the time of lectures and date of examination and give to your supervisor. -The Academic Adviser will fill the Registration Form. The form will be checked and signed by the Registrar’s office and returned to your Supervisor. You should take a copy from your Adviser after two days of registration. -Keep your copy of the form carefully with you till the final exam as this includes your past result and the selected subjects for this semester. -When you select subjects you will have to take the subjects that you could not pass in the last semester first. -Try to choose the subjects which are in your semester or from those close to your semester. -If any student wishes to change their subjects they can do so only after the registration closes, which is after one month, in the time period provided for this change. - General subjects will be registered by Ms. Noria. -Students must sign on the registration slip and form both. The students are advised to read their registration copy very carefully and check that the subjects filled are the ones they have selected. * Notice: There will be no changes made after the student signs on the form and it is her/his responsibility to see that the entries in the form are correct. Good luck... Edited by Me (Ms. Noria) dr. Sunita
