Trees prevent my heat from directly warming the ground (esp. tar roads that soak up all heat I offer and keep air warm in evenings too) and keep air cooler. Speaking of which concentration of high rises blocks wind from bringing in cooler air from sea during the day. Shrinking water bodies because of lakeview constructions and reduced water levels dur to over and unplanned usage dont help either. I am sure you understand it is easier for you to change your habits as opposed to me changing my settings which need centuries to take effect. By then the purpose would have been lost....
