Dear Tech Support I recently upgraded my software from Entered Apprentice V2 to Master Mason 3.1, and I have noticed a distinct change to my operating systems. My old password simply doesn’t work, I was issued with a new password but I have forgotten it and as you know I am not able to write it down! I have also noticed that the DCv1 programme has started bombarding me with warning messages and that I now have access to LOI 5.1.1 which runs twice a month and seems to be clogging up my memory. A new Programme called Past Masters V33 keeps giving me error messages and suggests I go back to one of the older programmes which would perform correctly. Strangely Master Mason 3.1 has uninstalled Golf Clubs 4.1.1 and replaced it with Blue Books v2. It has also speeded up my Wife programme Nagging 5.3, which was installed on to my system when I was upgraded from Boyfriend 5 to my latest operating system Husband v1. FYI I was told that the upgrade from Boyfriend 5 to Husband v1 was a free upgrade; this has not proved to be accurate. What can I do!?! Signed Hyram.
