Dear Thailand RYE students 2013 -14 - please do not panic b/c you did not meet our due date. This does NOT mean you will be late arriving to your host country. Due dates are setup to keep you all on task with submitting your documents in a timely manner. We know that most will work toward meeting a due due then having the flexibility to submit whenever you want. Thus with that being said NO your upcoming departure date is not at risk. I have allowed enough lead time to push out our due date giving you until 14JUN to have your paperwork submitted to my office - most have already sent their applications in but are waiting for their rotary documents to arrive. Again students if you are holding on to your original rotary documents you will need to send those to my office I will not accept photocopies as outlined from your visa requirements. Thank you in advance for your hard work with meeting our due date. Relax, we still have plenty time:)
